The Roanoke Bar Association holds a monthly luncheon with a speaker on the second Tuesday of each month at the Shenandoah Club.
RVPA provides two volunteers each month to assist with checking in attendees, collecting payments, and distributing name tags at the door. We are calling on YOU to help out!
Don’t worry if you’re a new volunteer! Someone will meet you there who will show you what to do, step by step.
Volunteers should plan to arrive at the Shenandoah Club around 11:45 a.m. and stay until the official start of the meeting, which is typically about 12:20 p.m. You are free to leave at that point if you need to; however, you are more than welcome to stay for the meeting (the speakers are usually quite interesting) and help yourself to a plate from the lunch buffet – volunteers receive complimentary lunch!
