ROANOKE VALLEY PARALEGAL ASSOCIATION APPLICATION
The following memberships are available:
General Membership – $50 per year*
A person who is employed as a practicing paralegal. All General Members shall have the right to vote and hold elected office.
Student Membership – $20 per year
A person who is either a full-time or part-time student in good standing in any university, college, junior college, or other schools, pursuing a course of study as a paralegal. Student members shall not have the right to vote or hold elected or appointed office.
Non-Profit Organization Membership – $20 per year
A person who is employed as a practicing paralegal in a Non-Profit Organization. All Non-Profit Organization Members shall have the right to vote and hold elected office.
Sustaining Membership – $35 per year*
Any person or entity interested in the objectives and purposes of RVPA, upon approval of the Board of Directors, may be a non-voting member of RVPA upon the acceptance of annual dues. Sustaining members shall have all the privileges of the association, except they shall not have the right to vote or hold elected or appointed offices.

*New membership applications are assessed an additional $10 application fee. The $10 application fee is waived for new student memberships.
Annual dues are discounted 50% for new members joining after July 1st for the current year.
